We will be holding our Bells, Bats and Owls Sleepover again this year from 4 pm on Wednesday, 30th May until 8 am on Thursday 31st May.
For children from 9 upwards there will be Bell Ringing and activities at 4 pm. Richard Carter from St Peter Mancroft will be on hand to share his love of bell ringing and give you an opportunity to have a go at bell ringing on a Mini Ring, Hand Bell Lapping, Mini Chimes and also visit the big church bells.
From 6 pm there will be an owl encounter and activities for children 6 and older. Would you like to learn about owls and their habitats? The Raptor Trust will bring an owl for you to see and learn about.
Between 7 pm and 8 pm there will be a BBQ and an opportunity to prepare your camp for the night.
At 8.30 pm ‘Bat’man arrives to take us across the hills to Braydeston in search of bats with a bat detector and your torches!
What do you need to bring? An adult!!!!, wellies, sleeping bag, torch, pyjamas and £3 per person – glow sticks provided! Batty breakfast included!
